This series is one of the best Flash series on the Internet. You deserve all the 5's you can get.
Despite this, I was on the verge of blamming this because you used the U.S. Pokemon theme. (I'm militantly anti-4Kids.) But, luckily for you, I gave you a 5. Mazel tov.

I remember you explicitly saying in Phoenix Wrong 3 that you would no longer be making Phoenix Wrong Flash. Was that just a ruse, or is this a hoax?

Either way, it's kewl. You actually inspired me to make a Phoenix Wrong of my own. I don't know when it's gonna be released, but keep your eyes peeled.

I doubt that's what Japan's really like.

But, it's a good Mario reference. Kinda funny, if you think about it.

That was kewl! I especially liked the "I says forked!" mondegreen. I like Rammstein's musical style, sans the translation of their lyrics.
By the way, was that green slimy thing supposed to be a majogaeru?

The sync is terribly off.

If the music-to-pictures synchronization was absolutely perfect, I'd give this a 5. But, since it's not, I'm sorry, this gets a 2.

It would have been even sweeter if you had done what the Lock Legion has been recently doing (using all bitmaps instead of drawing everything in Flash.)

[Things I Hate]

Can't argue with you.

I hate most of the things you mentioned (except for the urinal thing- I'm a girl), and I feel your pain. The toilet paper thing doesn't bother me as much, though.
I can identify with the bad breath peeve. I abhor my brother's breath. He smells like the inside of a trash can most of the time. And it's enough to make a weak-stomached person vomit so hard he passes out.
I also hate being told I'm "not working to my full potential", though I don't get that very often.

I love this animation style.

And that's why I love this Flash ,in addition to the appearance of Tom Fulp and the dancing kitty (thank you, 4chan or whoever-chan it was where I found the source GIF for the kitty). And the "squad car" animation was too funny, not to mention well-plotted. Your mixture of film noir and Monty Python animation is too awesome! Make moar!
